Thermal performance modelling was undertaken for each of the 36 apartments in this multi-level project.

Extensive analysis was used to ensure that each unit achieved the minimum heating and cooling loads while not imposing large costs on the developer. This was achieved by determining the best materials and insulation in close consultation with the architects. The required thermal performance was achieved without resorting to expensive high performance glazing.
