About Us
Gradwell Consulting is a New South Wales based firm that provides sustainability consulting services. It was established in early 2007.
Our areas of expertise include BCA Section J (energy efficiency of commercial buildings – both Deemed-to-Satisfy and JV3 Verification using a Reference Building), BASIX Certificates, NatHERS (nationwide house energy rating scheme) assessment, ACT Energy Efficiency Rating Certification and ESD advice.
We have partnered with developers, architects, consulting engineers and home owners on many exciting projects.

Gradwell Consulting has extensive experience in providing BASIX Certificates and thermal performance modelling for houses, townhouses and apartments across NSW.
Energy Rating allows the thermal performance (also called thermal comfort) of different buildings to be measured.
The Building Code of Australia (Volume One) contains energy efficiency provisions that apply to Class 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 (commercial) buildings.
