How Does a NatHERS Assessment Work?
NatHERS stands for the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme in Australia. It uses a 10 star rating system to assess and determine the thermal performance of dwellings across the nation. The National Construction Code uses these star ratings to specify a minimum rating for new home builds.
